Using world famous Swedish stainless steel blade steel, heat treatment (quenching and tempering) is set to Rockwell hardness 58 to 59 HRC with good balance of hardness and rigidity. With a slightly lower hardness finish, maintenance such as re-sharpening can be easily carried out.

The sharpeners are carefully threaded one by one by skilled craftsmen, so you can enjoy the exceptional sharpness.

The handle material is made of laminated plywood containing antibacterial agents. Because it is very hygienic and weight balance is considered, it is not tired even for long time use.
