I'm Hirose, the store manager.

This time, it's not about introducing knives, nor is it a post mixing personal with public matters. Instead, I'm delighted to share a joyful event that occurred to me.

Our store, along with our knife business and Sanshodo, was established in 2019, and gradually, we've seen an increase in visitors from abroad. This time, we had the pleasure of welcoming a customer from Canada.

They were looking for a versatile kitchen knife, so we offered a variety to choose from. They picked the one that felt best in their hand and were very pleased with their selection.

Our motto has always been "to provide joy and emotion through knives." Even with the barrier of language, I'm truly happy that we could deliver a time and experience that brought joy. It was a very grateful and rewarding experience for me personally.

This has strengthened my resolve to work even harder to bring joy and emotion to as many people as possible. It was a moment that made me feel strongly about our mission.

Bringing joy to people is genuinely a blissful thing, isn't it?
